In this role, you'll partner closely with Area Coaches, restaurant leaders, and cross-functional departments to support business objectives, strengthen leadership, resolve complex employee matters, and create an exceptional employee experience. What You'll Do

As a Field Human Resources Business Partner, you will:

  • Partner with Area Coaches and restaurant leadership to execute people strategies that improve retention, engagement, succession planning, and operational performance.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders by providing practical, compliant, and solution-oriented HR guidance.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Loss Prevention, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, the HR Generalist, Legal, and other corporate departments to resolve employee and business matters.
  • Lead employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, performance management, corrective action, and employment decisions.
  • Partner with the HR Generalist to coordinate ADA accommodations, the interactive process, Leave of Absence (LOA) requests, return-to-work processes, and other employee accommodation matters.
  • Coach leaders through conflict resolution, difficult conversations, and leadership development.
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits to build relationships, provide coaching, identify opportunities, and support operational excellence.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to identify opportunities and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Support leadership development, compliance initiatives, workforce planning, and employee engagement efforts.
  • Represent Human Resources with professionalism, integrity, sound judgment, and confidentiality.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and wage and hour regulations.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately60% throughout an assigned region.
