What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring all food items are prepared to culinary standards and provide residents with an exceptional dining experience while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for continually working to improve resident, employee, and client satisfaction while ensuring delivery of company objectives such as budget, food and labor costs, food safety, and sanitation standards. The Executive Chef is also responsible for leading the culinary team in day-to-day operation.

Do You Have What It Takes?
  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • High school diploma, or equivalent, required
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a chef in a large-scale cooking operation preferred
  • Prior dietary experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a kitchen managerial position highly preferred
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
