Description - Travel to Connecticut facility is required potentially once or twice

Seeking an experienced Epic Trainer to support a major Epic upgrade initiative within an education environment. The Epic Trainer will provide end-user training and support for a diverse group of Epic users, including clinical administrators, nurses, and front-desk staff. This individual will play a key role in ensuring a successful upgrade by delivering training sessions, answering user questions, supporting live training events, and assisting with change management activities while internal staff focus on other strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities include facilitating virtual and in-person training sessions, preparing and managing training environments, responding to upgrade-related inquiries, participating in stakeholder meetings, and providing ongoing support to Epic users throughout the upgrade cycle.

The ideal candidate will have prior Epic training experience and a strong understanding of Epic workflows, with preferred experience in Professional Billing, Ambulatory, or Cheers applications.
