Job description

Remote Epic Resolute HB Systems Analyst – Contract Opportunity

Location: Remote

Contract Length: 26 Weeks

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours: 40 Hours/Week

No Weekends


Required Qualifications:

  • Epic Resolute HB Administration Certification
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • BLS Certification (AHA)
  • Experience supporting, testing, implementing, and troubleshooting applications


Preferred Experience:

  • Proficiency with Epic HB General Ledger
  • Experience working with Collections Vendors
  • BA/BS in Information Systems or Business
  • Additional IT Certifications


Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain Epic applications
  • Troubleshoot application issues and system failures
  • Participate in upgrades, testing, implementations, and maintenance
  • Develop and modify reports based on user needs
  • Monitor application performance and resolve issues
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with internal customers and IT teams
