Job Title: Manhattan Active WMS Super User Location-Type: Remote base with heavy travel - Paris, CA; Dallas, TX; Columbus, OH (85-90% travel through late November/early December) Start Date: August 24, 2025 Duration: Contract through approximately November/December 2025 Compensation Range: $75-82/hr W2 Benefits: Eligible for Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description: This role supports the client's warehouse operations during active WMS go-lives, serving as the critical bridge between floor-level warehouse staff and operational leadership across multiple high-volume project sites. Job Summary •Support warehouse go-live events on-site, with heaviest presence during the first two weeks of each deployment and tapering through weeks three and four •Serve as the primary operational liaison between hourly floor staff, including forklift operators, and director-level leadership during live system environments •Identify when warehouse processes or system behavior are not performing correctly and determine appropriate next steps •Escalate confirmed system issues to the client's IT team with clear, accurate documentation and handoff notes •Suggest operational solutions based on prior Manhattan Active WMS experience without requiring configuration or development access •Communicate system status, issues, and escalation needs clearly to both warehouse floor teams and cross-functional stakeholders •Travel to project sites in Southern California (August 24 - mid-September), DFW area Texas (September 28 - mid-October), and Columbus, Ohio (mid-November - mid-December) Minimum Requirements: •Deep hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS, specifically the warehouse management module (not labor management, transportation, or omnichannel) •Demonstrated experience as a super user or operational user in a live warehouse environment, not solely an IT or configuration background •Ability to identify, explain, and escalate system and process issues appropriately to technical teams •Strong communication skills with the ability to translate operational needs clearly to both floor-level staff and leadership •Willingness and ability to travel 85-90% of the time through late November/early December 2025 Preferred Qualifications: •Experience in a 3PL environment or meaningful exposure to 3PL warehouse operations •Background supporting warehouse go-lives or implementation projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting •Familiarity with warehouse automation environments •Prior experience supporting operations in a retail supply chain or high-volume distribution context
