Job Title:ย  Epic Provider Super User -ย Orders, ClinDoc, Ambulatory, Lumens, or Long-Term Care

Pay Rate:ย $75/hr

Duration:ย 3 months

Location:ย Sarasota, FL

Start Date: August 3rd for training, October 3rd onsite for go live

once onsite


Shift:

  • Shift-based coverage including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • (Most shifts will be Monday through Friday, daytime hours)
  • 50-55 hours a week when onsite
  • Start Date: August 3rd for training, October 3rd onsite for go live



Must Haves:

โ€ข Prior Epic go-live or At-the-Elbow support experience. We are specifically seekingย APPs/NPs โ€“ not general ATE support. Experienced nurses are also very good in this role. Physician/APPs are preferred but we will accept other clinicians for interview.

โ€ข Experience supporting physicians and APPs in clinical workflows

โ€ข Strong understanding of Epic provider workflows

โ€ข Excellent communication and customer service skills

โ€ข Experience in either Orders, ClinDoc, Ambulatory, Lumens, or Long-Term Care


Preferred Experience

โ€ข Prior Epic training or clinical informatics experience

โ€ข Epic certification or credentialing (preferred but not required)

โ€ข Practiced medicine in Epic within the last 3-5 years


Day-to-Day:

Resources will provide real-time support to physicians and advanced practice providers during go-live. Responsibilities include assisting with Epic navigation, documentation workflows, order entry, troubleshooting user issues, reinforcing training, and escalating issues to the command center as needed.
