Senior Epic Principal Trainer
Shift: Full-Time, Day Schedule
Location: Radnor, PA
Compensation: $85,155.20 - $131,913.60

Through expert curriculum development, environment build, workflow validation, and hands-on support, the Principal Trainer strengthens organizational readiness for every upgrade, enhancement, and process change. Their work directly improves user competency, reduces errors, and drives continuous improvement across nursing and ancillary applications-ultimately supporting smoother care delivery and a more confident, well-equipped clinical workforce.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of EPIC experience required
  • Experience in adult education/training in the healthcare industry or a related industry

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Clinical, or related field, required
  • Master's Degree in Technology, Clinical, or related field, preferred

Licensures/Certifications:
  • Current Epic certifications in both training and assigned application area or must be willing to travel to Verona, Wisconsin for Epic training and achieve certification within 90 days of completed training. All certifications must be actively maintained with New Version Training (NVT) certification required as applicable.
  • Epic, MST (Master Training Environment) Build Certification, required.
