Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Epic Patient Access applications, primarily Epic Cadence and related modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with operational and clinical teams to enhance scheduling, registration, and patient access workflows while providing ongoing application support and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, configure, test, and support Epic Cadence and related Patient Access applications.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Epic solutions.
Support scheduling, registration, admissions, referrals, insurance verification, authorization, and patient access workflows.
Configure and maintain visit types, scheduling templates, provider records, work queues, and registration-related components.
Perform system analysis, workflow optimization, and application enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
Participate in software upgrades, testing, validation, implementation, and post-go-live support.
Troubleshoot application issues, resolve production incidents, and provide ongoing user support.
Create and maintain system documentation, workflows, and change management records.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, trainers, and end users to ensure successful application adoption.
Mentor junior analysts and share best practices related to Epic functionality and workflow design.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, change control processes, and healthcare IT best practices.
