Epic Certified ASAP Analyst Location: Remote (occasional onsite possible) Duration: Long Term Contract Overview A large healthcare system is seeking an Epic Certified ASAP Analyst to support Epic clinical systems implementation and optimization initiatives. This role focuses on the Epic Emergency Department module (ASAP) and requires strong build, test, and implementation experience. Responsibilities: Support Epic ASAP module configuration and optimization Gather and document clinical workflow requirements Collaborate with clinical stakeholders and project teams Build and maintain Epic configurations Perform system testing and support go-live activities Provide troubleshooting and application support Document system configurations and technical specifications Support training and adoption of Epic workflows Required Qualifications: Epic ASAP Certification 4–5+ years of Epic analyst experience Experience supporting large Epic implementations Strong understanding of Emergency Department workflows Experience with system build, testing, and deployment Preferred Experience supporting multi-hospital Epic environments minimal 2 full life cycle Epic implementations Tina Kasa Ph: 609 696-5635 | tina.k@careersoftusa.com
