Job Title: Epic Cupid Analyst

Position Overview

A leading hospital is seeking an experienced Epic Cupid Analyst to support cardiology systems and workflows within a healthcare environment. This role focuses on the configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of cardiovascular applications, including cath lab procedures, structured reporting, and cardiovascular data management. The analyst will work closely with cardiology teams, clinicians, and IT stakeholders to ensure efficient and accurate clinical operations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, build, and maintain Epic Cupid modules
  • Support cardiology workflows, including cath lab procedures and structured reporting
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, clinical staff, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
  • Manage cardiovascular data workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Troubleshoot system issues and workflow inefficiencies
  • Assist with system upgrades, optimizations, and go-live support
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data standards
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and workflows
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users

Required Qualifications
  • Epic Cupid Certification (required)
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Epic Cupid or cardiology applications
  • Strong understanding of cardiology workflows, including cath lab and reporting processes
  • Experience with system build, configuration, and testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in hospital or large healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with cardiovascular data standards and regulatory requirements
  • Experience supporting Epic upgrades, enhancements, and optimization initiatives
