Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cath Lab Technologist with at least 3 years of cardiac cath lab experience to provide direct patient care and assist physicians with invasive cardiac procedures in an acute care setting.

Details
  • Cardiac Catheterization Lab within an acute care hospital setting
  • Procedures include cardiac catheterization, interventional cases, and cardiac rhythm management (CRM) cases
  • Uses Epic Cupid and Mac Lab
  • 10-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • After-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage required
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
  • ARRT (CV) or RCIS certification required (one or the other, not both)
  • Current ACLS and BLS required
  • License required if applicable
  • Proficiency scrubbing all cath, interventional, and CRM cases, including manifold use
  • Familiarity with Epic Cupid and Mac Lab preferred
  • Must be able to work independently and demonstrate skilled, hands-on table performance
Additional Information
  • Responsibilities include providing direct patient care and assisting physicians in performing invasive and specialized cardiac procedures within the Cardiac Catheterization Lab
  • Must demonstrate the ability to collaborate with the healthcare team to provide quality care in a procedural environment
