We are looking for an experienced Epic Application Analyst – Lumens, to provide advanced system-level support of Endoscopy end users.

  • The Role:

    Work Arrangement: This role, although mostly remote, may require onsite support within Hospitals, Clinics or Business centers that align with project implementation timelines.

    This role requires intermediate knowledge of systems analysis, comprehensive knowledge of project management concepts and methodology, and the strong ability to lead and participate in project planning sessions. You will establish project goals, milestones, and procedures, and manage projects with varying levels of complexity. In this critical role, you will work with project leaders on several aspects of project planning to meet project deadlines.

    Your Mission:

    Provide intermediate system-level support of endoscopy users and financial applications, operating systems, hardware, software, and reporting tools, including installation, configuration, training, maintenance, and support of these systems.

    What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage expertise in Epic Lumens Application and other thirdparty applications to optimize workflows, improve patient care
  • Foster strong relationships with other Xtensys leaders, customers, and thirdparty vendors to maximize the value of investments
  • Offer constructive recommendations and proposes courses of action in support of team responsibilities
  • Partner with outside departments to promote, educate and train on current applications
  • Collaborate and partner with other members of the Xtensys staff, clinical and operational departments and other Xtensys team members to accomplish the goals

  • Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Epic Lumens certification is required. Epic Radiant certification is preferred.
  • Travel Requirements:
  • This position requires up to 25% travel to align with project milestone and Xtensys needs.
  • Physical Readiness:
  • This position, although mostly remote may require onsite support within Hospitals, Clinics or Business centers that align with project implementation timelines.
