Overview

A leading healthcare provider in the Philadelphia area is seeking an experienced Epic Manager to oversee a team of certified analysts supporting critical cardiac and imaging applications. This role is primarily focused on team leadership, operational oversight, and delivery management across the Cupid, Radiant, and Lumens modules. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strong Epic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 12 certified Epic analysts supporting Cupid, Radiant, and Lumens
  • Oversee day-to-day team operations, including workload prioritization and task distribution
  • Drive execution across upgrades, optimizations, and ongoing application support initiatives
  • Monitor team performance and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of work
  • Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to align on priorities and drive outcomes
  • Provide leadership and guidance across cardiac and imaging application strategy

Qualifications/Must-Have requirements

  • Epic certification in at least one of the following: Cupid, Radiant, or Lumens
  • Strong functional experience with Radiant and Cupid (Lumens experience is a plus)
  • Proven experience managing Epic application teams within a healthcare environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to drive team performance and accountability
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with both clinical and technical stakeholders
