Job Summary:
AA2IT is seeking an Epic PB Analyst to provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades for assigned technologies and applications. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and customers to implement and administer IT solutions while analyzing technical issues and applying problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
• Support Windows desktop and laptop systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues
• Support Microsoft Office, Outlook/Exchange, and Active Directory
• Perform system imaging and software installations
• Provide Tier-1 network and telecommunications support
• Monitor systems and assist with upgrades and maintenance
• Deliver excellent customer support and technical assistance
Qualifications:
Required:
• 2–3+ years of Desktop Support or IT Support experience
• Experience with Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Highly experienced in hospital setting, ready to hit the ground running, little to no training needed
• Self starter
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upgrades for assigned technologies and applications
• Participate in the implementation and administration of IT solutions while collaborating with internal teams and customers
• Analyze technical issues, apply problem-solving skills, and maintain technical knowledge of emerging technologies and systems
Preferred:
• PB Certification at time of submission
• Associate's degree in IS / BA Preferred
• Will consider HS Diploma if they have 3 years experience
• Healthcare or enterprise IT experience preferred
