Job description

Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst II – FTE

We are seeking an experienced Epic PB Analyst to support the design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Epic Professional Billing (PB) and/or PB Claims & Remittance solutions. This is a full-time opportunity with a hybrid setup (1–2 days onsite per week).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and support Epic PB applications across environments
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementation activities
  • Analyze workflows and recommend technical solutions
  • Develop specifications, documentation, and test plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and operational support

Requirements:

  • Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification required
  • 1+ years of Epic PB build/support experience
  • 4+ years of healthcare IT or healthcare operations experience
  • Experience with implementations, upgrades, testing, and application support

Preferred:

  • Experience with PB Claims & Remittance
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science or Healthcare-related field
