Job description

Back Office-Mailroom & Indexing

As a Mailroom associate your daily duties will include Mail Sort, Mail Prep and scanning of mail received on a daily basis to convert paper mail into electronic documents. Additionally, the job includes prepping paper files to be scanned into the system also creating electronic documents.

Some physical labor is involved in moving of document storage boxes. Some of the skills needed for this position include, but are not limited to, attention to detail, punctuality, ability to work as a team and a willingness to learn new tasks as assigned. Hours are between 6 am - 6 pm Monday through Friday 40 hours per week. There may be a need for hours outside the listed hours on an occasional/as needed basis.
