Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Document Specialist to support high-volume document production operations. This role is responsible for preparing, scanning, inspecting, compiling, assembling, and binding documents while maintaining company quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards. The ideal candidate is adaptable, works well in a fast-paced production environment, and consistently delivers accurate, high-quality work. Key Responsibilities Prepare, scan, inspect, compile, assemble, and bind documents according to customer specifications and company standards. Ensure customer satisfaction by completing projects accurately and within established deadlines. Maintain PS+ quality standards and achieve required productivity targets. Meet Impressions Per Hour (IPH) production goals while maintaining error-free work. Operate KODAK scanners and related production equipment to process customer documents. Perform routine machine maintenance, including clearing paper jams, refilling toner, and replacing machine oil. Identify equipment issues using machine codes and report problems promptly to management. Complete all production paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain an organized workstation to minimize errors and improve workflow efficiency. Work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards. Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic PC skills. Basic typing skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with positive relationships across departments. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Ability to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays, based on business needs. Ability to work in a production environment with moderate to high noise levels. Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours). Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in document production, document scanning, fulfillment, or print operations. Experience using KODAK scanners or similar document imaging equipment.
