  1. Receive, sort, and prepare incoming mail and payment documents for processing.
  2. Open and review mail while ensuring compliance with company procedures and security protocols.
  3. Accurately process checks, remittance documents, and associated payment information.
  4. Verify payment amounts, customer information, and supporting documentation.
  5. Scan, index, and electronically archive financial documents.
