POSITION SUMMARY:
Duties will be rotating between the E-Record, Verification, Indexing, Scanning and Public Help Desk departments as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate the office e-recording based software program.
- Perform initial verification of E-Record documents for recordability.
- Perform verification of recorded documents.
- Scanning of subdivision plans and recorded documents into the computer system.
- Verify document images on our recording system are correct.
- Enter and verify data from index books and recorded documents.
- Perform redaction of recorded documents.
- Assist the public with general information at the Public Help Desk.
- Other duties as assigned by the Recorder of Deeds.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Some knowledge of real estate documents preferred.
