Mailroom Document Scanner
Onsite (Must Live in or Near Lexington, KY)
$17 per hour & Great Benefits
Monday- Friday 6:00pm - Until Clean Desk (2nd Shift Position)
We are looking for a detailed-oriented and dependable Mailroom Document Scanner to support our mailroom operations through accurate, high volume transaction processing. This role requires strong attention to detail, flexibility and the ability to perform well in a fast paced environment.
Job Details:
  • Employees will be responsible for sorting the various documents that come into the mailroom daily.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Scanning incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Responsible for removing staples, rubber bands, repairing torn documents or copying document types and inserting the appropriate patch sheets to separate the claims.
  • Checking for issues and pulling documents for scanning to be reprocessed.
  • Employee creates a stack header with scanner and then send to quality for auditing.
  • Training is 4 to 6 weeks.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be capable of lifting 12 lbs. consistently, sometimes overhead.
  • Must be able to clear a criminal background check and pass drug test.
  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $17.00.
