Document Scanner/Document Control/Indexing

Location: 2825 Story road west Irving Texas 75016 Pay rate: 14/hr Hours: Monday thru Friday 7 am to 3.30 pm Contract role: 4 months with possibility of extension Must be willing to put all belongings including cell phone in a locker during work times.

Job duties: As a Document Scanner/Document pre-per, you will:

  • Utilize an industrial-sized scanner
  • Scan confidential documents into the system
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented
  • Data Entry and Indexing
  • You will be taking out the staples and pre-ping the documents and putting them in boxes
  • Have a fast-paced disposition
  • This person should be detail orientated and have the ability to work independently
