Join Gainwell Technologies and play an essential role in delivering accurate and efficient processing support for healthcare and client operations. As a valued team member, you'll handle document verification, data entry, and quality auditing to help ensure compliance, accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.

Your role in our mission

Verify and audit documents to ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Process forms, reports, and transactions while maintaining high-quality and timely results.
Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and supporting documentation for management and clients.
Research and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring efficient follow-up to meet service level goals.
Handle confidential company information according to policy and guidelines.

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in clerical, processing, or office support roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with business systems software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
