Job description

Kelly is hiring for several important roles, including Scanning Technician, Cutting, and Inventory/Warehouse positions with a nationally recognized leader in document management.   • Starting pay: $18.00 per hour for all roles
  • Temp assignments start at 3+ months and can be extended-high performers may have the opportunity to be hired permanently
Shifts Available:
Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 am to 4:00 pm (hiring now!)
Swing Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm (coming soon!)
Graveyard and Weekend Shifts: Coming later in the summer
Positions Available:
  • Inventory/Warehouse- Printing barcodes and prepping/ organizing reading materials for production
  • Cutter Operator- Using an electric paper cutter to separate reading materials from their binding
  • Scanning Technician- Scanning and processing paper documents ensuring quality and accuracy

Who We’re Looking For:
  • You can read, write, and speak English comfortably
  • Have at least 1 year of experience in a document scanning or similar production environment
  • Confident using production scanners, printers and/or paper cutters depending on role (Kodak, Fujitsu, Canon, etc.)
  • Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs on a regular basis
  • Team players with a courteous attitude who are reliable and punctual
