Job description

City Wide Franchise is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Director of Franchise Recruitment to lead the sourcing, engagement, and conversion of high-quality franchise candidates. This role blends strategic outreach, broker partnership development, and full-cycle recruitment ownership to fuel system growth.

What You’ll Do

You will own the franchise candidate journey from first touch through award, building a strong pipeline through both direct sourcing and broker networks.

  • Generate franchise leads through outbound prospecting, targeted campaigns, inbound follow-up, and multi-channel networking
  • Promote City Wide Franchise opportunities across LinkedIn, Indeed, and social platforms to attract qualified candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment pipeline using CRM tools and City Wide’s structured 8-step process
  • Educate and guide candidates on City Wide’s brand, model, and expectations to ensure strong alignment
  • Partner with marketing to develop campaigns, webinars, and digital content that drive engagement
  • Maintain timely, professional communication with all prospects and inquiries
  • Conduct market research to identify and pursue candidates in targeted territories
  • Participate in discovery days, team meetings, trainings, and franchise development events

Broker Network & Partnership Focus

  • Build and manage relationships with franchise broker networks (e.g., FBA, FCC)
  • Actively engage brokers to generate consistent, qualified candidate flow
  • Represent City Wide at broker conferences, franchise expos, and industry events
  • Develop follow-up and conversion strategies for broker-generated leads
  • Partner with the VP of Franchise Development on broker strategy and expansion
  • Track and report on broker performance metrics including lead volume and conversions

Success in this role is measured by:

  • Awarding 4 new franchisees annually
  • Conducting 30 monthly brand reviews
  • Recruiting at least 1 candidate per month to attend Meet the Team Day
  • Generating 10 unique candidates monthly for ZEE calls
  • Maintaining strong broker pipeline activity and conversion rates
  • Driving ROI from broker relationships and conference participation

Requirements

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with measurable performance outcomes
  • Experience in franchise recruitment within a B2B franchisor model
  • Proven success working with broker networks or third-party lead partners (preferred)
  • Strong ability to build external relationships in a sales-driven environment
  • Experience generating leads via LinkedIn or other professional social platforms
  • Knowledge of franchise regulations and processes
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Self-starter mindset with a high sense of urgency and accountability
  • Strong integrity and relationship-building skills
