Job description

This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the franchise development team across key sales and marketing initiatives. The role is ideal for a motivated candidate eager to build practical skills, contribute to strategic projects, and gain exposure to a fast-paced business environment.

  • Support the ongoing management and optimization of external sales portals used by broker networks.
  • Assist in updating and enhancing sales and marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Conduct competitive and market research to provide insights that support team strategy and decision-making.
  • Contribute to persona development by gathering and analyzing insights that help refine audience targeting.
  • Provide support for CRM workflows and sequencing initiatives that improve team efficiency and outreach effectiveness.
  • Proofread marketing materials and help coordinate submissions through the corporate approval process.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in market research and customer insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
