Director of Franchise Sales

Location: Tampa, FL

We are seeking a Director of Franchise Sales to lead franchise development efforts for a growing fast‑casual restaurant brand. This individual will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new franchise candidates while managing the full sales process from initial outreach through signed franchise agreements.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in franchise sales, restaurant development, or franchise growth, with the ability to build relationships with prospective franchisees and drive expansion in new and existing markets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead franchise sales efforts and manage the full franchise development process
  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective franchise candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with qualified franchise investors, operators, and multi‑unit groups
  • Guide candidates through discovery, due diligence, approval, and agreement execution
  • Partner with leadership to support growth strategy and market expansion
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified franchise prospects
  • Represent the brand professionally throughout the franchise sales process
  • Track activity, follow‑up, pipeline movement, and deal progress through CRM or internal systems
  • Work closely with internal teams to support a smooth transition from signed agreement to development and opening process
Qualifications
  • Experience in franchise sales, franchise development, or business development
  • Restaurant, QSR, fast casual, or franchise brand experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of the franchise sales process and candidate qualification
