POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Franchise Sales Manager will work closely with potential franchisees candidates. The Franchise Sales Manager requires broad-based knowledge in all areas of franchise development and will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process.  This person must be extremely organized, be an excellent listener and be able to provide a strong explanation of KidStrong - prior experience in the franchising industry would be extremely helpful for this candidate. The Franchise Sales Manager must also have a strong passion for fitness, kids and education!  
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: 
  • Achieve Franchise Sales Goals while managing the process from initial contact to the signing of new franchisees through the Mutual Evaluation Process (Prequalification call, MEP call, FDD Signing, UEM Call, RACI Call, Discovery Day)
  • Create and manage all franchise relationships in and out of the organization. This will include attending relevant conventions, expo’s, etc. to remain current.
  • Convert qualified leads to personal profile applications above industry standards and in a timely manner
  • Utilize a CRM platform (FranConnect/Pipedrive) to ensure proper documentation throughout the candidate qualification & onboarding process
  • Track, evaluate, and react to our current pipeline and progress during each stage of our process
  • Prequalify and educate resale candidates about KidStrong
  • Work closely with your team to create and update the analytics and scorecards for reporting and tracking
  • Receive feedback and generate ideas to increase franchise candidate engagement
  • Facilitate Discovery Day invitations, information needed from candidates, prepare Pre Discovery Day Bio packs, Discovery day starter kits, and assist in preparation and execution of Discovery Day
  • Execute marketing campaigns to drive lead engagement from existing pipeline
  • Ensure that every franchise candidate is properly disclosed with Federal and State disclosure requirements and the proper documentation is created to track disclosures
  • Provide weekly pipeline reports to senior leadership so there is a clear and concise understanding of deal flow progression
  • Act as a cross-functional expert to build an effective communication stream that will help us evolve our processes
WHO YOU ARE:

  • 3+ years of Franchise Development experience preferably with a fast-growing franchise brand
  • Excel at delivering a world-class mutual evaluation process

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Ability to be committed to the culture and values of the company with a high level of ownership mentality
  • Proven track record of building a network of strategic franchise partners that have successfully met and exceeded development agreements for other retail franchise brand
