Job description

Description:

Director of Franchise Sales

Are you a high-performing franchise sales leader ready to drive growth in one of the fastest-growing industries in the country?

Amada Senior Care is seeking a results-driven, experienced Director of Franchise Sales to lead franchise development efforts nationwide. This is a position for a proven closer who understands franchise development, high-ticket sales cycles, and how to guide sophisticated candidates through a life-changing investment decision.

If you thrive in a performance-based environment, understand franchise compliance, and know how to convert qualified candidates into successful multi-unit owners, we want to talk to you.

About Amada Senior Care

Amada Senior Care is a premier in-home senior care franchise dedicated to enriching lives through compassionate care and strong franchise partnerships. We provide entrepreneurs with a proven system to enter and scale within the rapidly growing senior care industry.

The demand is strong. The brand is respected. The opportunity is real.

Now we need the right leader to scale it.

Position Overview

The Director of Franchise Sales is responsible for driving franchise growth by managing the full sales lifecycle—from initial inquiry through Discovery Day, validation, FDD review, and closing. This role requires a strategic thinker who can build trust, identify qualified candidates, and convert serious prospects into successful franchise partners.

This is a remote position supporting the Western United States, with a preference for candidates residing in Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, or Oregon.

High-quality leads will be provided.

You will work closely with executive leadership, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment between recruitment strategy and long-term franchise success.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the full franchise development sales process

· Conduct initial candidate qualification calls and ongoing consultative follow-ups

· Guide prospects through Discovery Day and the franchise evaluation process

· Present and review the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) in compliance with regulations

· Drive candidates toward confident, informed ownership decisions

· Maintain detailed pipeline tracking and reporting in CRM

· Meet and exceed monthly and annual franchise sales targets

· Contribute to franchise growth strategy and territory expansion planning

· Ensure brand alignment by recruiting culture-fit, success-oriented franchisees

Compensation & Benefits We offer a highly competitive, performance-driven compensation package designed to reward results and support your well-being:

Base salary: $50,000-$70,000 exempt position, w/ commission (BOE & State Laws)

Eligible for Performance Based Commissions: On-target total annual earnings up to $400,000 for high performers

Employer-paid benefits:

· Medical, dental, and vision insurance

· Short-term and long-term disability (STD/LTD)

· Life insurance

· Paid time off and company holidays

This role is ideal for a motivated, results-oriented professional. Commission earnings are variable and dependent on individual performance — total compensation is not guaranteed.

Who This Role Is For:

This role is for a closer — someone who understands that franchise sales is about guiding serious candidates toward a confident decision, not “hard selling. "If you have never sold high-ticket business opportunities or worked within franchise development, this likely isn’t the right fit.

Requirements:

 What We’re Looking For

· 5+ years of franchise development or high-ticket consultative sales experience would be a plus

· Proven track record of closing franchise or business opportunity sales

· Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

· Highly organized with strong CRM discipline

· Self-motivated, competitive, and performance-driven

· Ability to thrive in a metrics-based environment

· Looking for in office work but remote work will be considered

· Senior care or home services industry experience is a plus.

 How to Apply

To apply, please submit:

1. A cover letter explaining why you are the ideal candidate for this role

2. A link to your LinkedIn profile

We look forward to connecting with candidates who are motivated, results-driven, and ready to make a big impact.
