FALL 2026 INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Centric Brands is a leading global lifestyle brand collective, managing a portfolio of 100+ licensed and owned brands. Centric Brands is excited to invite the next generation of creative, curious, and collaborative individuals to join us for the Fall 2026 Internship Program based in Greensboro, NC.  The program will run from early September through the end of December 2026.  Interns are expected to work within the range of 20-35 hours per week. 

Our internship program is designed to immerse undergraduate and recently graduated participants in the business and culture of Centric Brands to help develop a strong cross-functional foundation. Our program pairs interns with mentors who are experts in their field for one-on-one learning and professional development. We are very interested and invested in the knowledge and unique talents you bring as an individual. Your ideas and energy directly contribute to the success of Centric Brands.


Position Summary: The Chargeback Compliance Intern will support the Chargeback Compliance team with day-to-day activities related to customer chargebacks, deductions, and account reconciliation. This internship provides hands-on experience in retail compliance, supply chain operations, customer compliance requirements, and financial processes. Working alongside experienced team members, the intern will assist with researching chargebacks, maintaining accurate documentation, preparing reports, and supporting operational processes that help ensure timely resolution of customer deductions and compliance-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with sending Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and supporting documentation to customers for chargeback resolution.
  • Support the application and tracking of customer paybacks and deductions within internal systems.
  • Prepare and maintain factory reports to support chargeback analysis and operational performance.
  • Assist with warehouse reports by reviewing data, identifying discrepancies, and supporting follow-up activities.
  • Prepare reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel and internal systems to support compliance and deduction management.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation to support internal reporting, audits, and customer compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams on day-to-day operational activities.
  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to chargeback compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Perform other administrative and operational support duties as assigned.

  • Must be a college undergraduate Junior, Senior, or Recent Graduate (Spring 2026) to be eligible to participate
  • Ability to work on-site in the Greensboro, NC for the full program from early-September to December
  • Ability to work a part-time schedule of at least 20 hours per week
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Previous work experience in retail, warehouse operations, logistics, or a customer-facing operational environment is a plus.
