The position of Account Resolutions Analyst is designed for an individual that has high energy, communications interpersonal skills. In this role you will be responsible for resolving past due accounts.

Responsibilities

Make Daily inbound and outbound calls

Return all voicemails and respond to emails

Resolve customer delinquency

Retain all customer communication efforts via the internal system of record ensuring that all communications are documented accurately.

Prepare payment in full, settlement letters and payment plan agreements for approval

Review performance reports to evaluate productivity and achieve individual and team commitments.

Any assignments given by management.

Requirements

Highschool Diploma or Equivalent
