The GPO Contract Analyst is responsible for supporting the end-to-end administration, analysis, and governance of GPO chargeback and administrative fee agreements within SAP and Vistex. The role independently manages assigned contract operations processes, analyzes moderately complex contract and pricing issues, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support contract execution, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Exercises judgment in the interpretation and application of contract terms, pricing structures, membership eligibility requirements, and operational policies.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain GPO chargeback and administrative fee agreements in SAP and Vistex while ensuring alignment with business requirements, contract terms, and compliance standards
  • Manage GPO membership, contract eligibility, pricing, and fee data
  • Analyze chargeback, pricing, and fee exceptions to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and coordinate resolution across stakeholders
  • Research and resolve complex contract, pricing, membership, chargeback, and reimbursement discrepancies, exercising judgment in the interpretation and application of contract terms and policies
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports related to chargebacks, fees, memberships, and contract performance
  • Support contract audits, reconciliations, and compliance activities
  • Partner with Pricing, Accounting, Sales, and external GPO organizations to support contract operations 
  • Identify opportunities to improve contract administration processes, reporting accuracy, data quality, and operational controls through standardization and process enhancements
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for GPO contract administration processes, contract data, pricing structures, chargeback operations, and reporting requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in contract administration, pricing, chargebacks, rebates, or healthcare distribution
  • Experience with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA
  • Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis
  • Proven solid analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance
     


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools
  • Experience with Vistex contract, chargeback, and fee management processes
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or distribution industry experience
  • Knowledge of GPO contracts, chargebacks, administrative fees, and contract reporting
