Job Overview
Komatsu Financial provides wholesale, retail and operating lease financing for 30+.contracted Komatsu distributors and their customers, with 300 locations in North America. In addition, over 1000 wholesale accounts globally. Retail / leasing balances are more than $5 billion with over 36,000 contracts, while wholesale balances include over 100K+ invoices and totals $1 B+ over the same period. Annual cash receipts for Komatsu exceed over $7B. As an Operations Representative, you will manage an assigned geographic territory by supporting customers and dealers across retail and wholesale financing. This role blends collections, customer service, financial analysis, and relationship management to ensure timely resolution of account issues and provide a strong foundation for business growth.
Key Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as primary contact for customers and distributors within assigned territory
  • Manage retail finance accounts, including past-due follow-up and payment solutions
  • Respond to customer/dealer inquiries with timely and accurate information
  • Oversee wholesale financing and floor plan processes with distributors
  • Conduct onsite inventory audits and prepare documentation
  • Build cross-function relationships and support ongoing business operations
