Salary Range: $80K - $90K
Position Overview
ttg Talent Solutions is partnering with an established life sciences organization seeking a Chargebacks Analyst to join its Finance team. This role will manage pharmaceutical chargeback activities, including validation, reconciliation, reporting, and issue resolution, while supporting accurate Gross-to-Net reporting.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, pharmaceutical chargeback and rebate experience, and the ability to work independently while partnering with Finance, Accounts Receivable, Contract Administration, and wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review, validate, and process chargeback submissions.
  • Approve or reject claims based on contractual terms.
  • Reconcile chargebacks by customer and product.
  • Prepare monthly chargeback and Gross-to-Net reporting.
  • Maintain chargeback tracking and reporting dashboards.
  • Partner with AR and Contract Administration to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support rebate calculations and indirect customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with wholesalers regarding chargebacks and deductions.
  • Identify process improvements and maintain compliance with internal policies.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and/or 3–5 years of pharmaceutical chargeback experience.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical chargeback and rebate processes.
  • Experience with contract and chargeback systems.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to interpret contracts and pricing terms.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
