INFINITI of Akron is seeking an energetic and proactive Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team immediately. In this role, you aren't just answering phones; you are the director of first impressions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Hospitality: Warmly welcome showroom guests, clients arriving for vehicle deliveries, and service patrons. Direct them to the appropriate Brand Specialist or Service Advisor with elite customer care.
  • Inbound Communication: Masterfully manage a high-volume, multi-line PBX phone system. Screen, route, and transfer incoming calls to sales, service, parts, or finance extensions with accuracy and professional phone etiquette.
  • Administrative & Clerical Support: Assist the office manager and sales team with vital clerical tasks, including data entry into the dealership management system (DMS), scanning, physical filing, and digital document preparation.
  • Showroom Excellence: Maintain the pristine presentation of the front desk, guest lounge, and refreshment areas to uphold INFINITI brand standards.
  • Mail & Logistics Coordination: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, overnight shipments (FedEx/UPS), and internal dealership correspondence.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 1โ€“2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Front Desk Operations, Retail, or as an Office Assistant / Receptionist. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required!
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, a warm demeanor, and a professional appearance aligned with a luxury corporate environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and the ability to quickly learn proprietary automotive software.
