Essential Responsibilities
âś” Receive, screen, route, and direct telephone calls and in-person inquiries to all departments in a pleasant and professional manner.
âś” Greet and assist residents with daily needs.
âś” Sort inter-office and external mail.
âś” Assists in coordinating the emergency response system.
âś” Ensure the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas. Perform a variety of cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sweeping. Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, lobby, entry ways, and exterior spaces/sidewalks as assigned and/or observed.
âś” Display excellent customer services skills by projecting a positive and cheerful demeanor with staff, residents, customers, and vendors at all times.
âś” Assist in the set-up, take-down, clean-up and coordination of activities and events as needed.
âś” Make referrals to the Administrator regarding resident concerns and behavior issues.
âś” Develop and maintain professional and appropriate relationships and rapport with all residents, their families, and employees.
âś” Gather and input data for facility communication system, maintenance requests and inquiry database.
]âś” Scan and upload documents into resident clinical chart.
âś” Act as a first responder to emergency call system and fire alarm, monitor campus security cameras.
âś” Assumes all other position related responsibilities as assigned, and campus needs evolve.

Education, Training, Experience
âś” High school graduate or successful completion of GED.
âś” Previous receptionist experience or training desired, preferably working with the elderly.
âś” Participates in learning and development opportunities.
âś” Attends all required training and departmental meetings.
