Description

We are seeking a highly reliable and flexible team member to serve as an Opener. This position requires availability for early morning shifts beginning between 5:15 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. The schedule will typically consist of 2–4 days per week, depending on business and case volume.

The ideal candidate must be extremely flexible with their availability and willing to adjust their schedule as needed to support operational needs, including:

  • Opening the department/facility on assigned days
  • Providing coverage for team member vacations and absences
  • Working varying days based on case volume and staffing requirements
  • Maintaining dependable attendance and punctuality for early morning shifts

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible work environment and can be counted on to support the team when coverage is needed.

Responsibilities

Front Office - Medical Receptionist job responsibilities include:

  • Warmly welcome office visitors and callers
  • Produce and keep updated patient files; help patients with documents
  • Certify all insurance information, take copays and other payments
  • Answer a multi-line telephone, forwarding calls to the appropriate area
  • Keep office area clean and maintain a friendly, welcoming environment
  • Comply with all health policies and regulations
Required Skills
