Position Overview
The Temporary Receptionist will provide front-desk support for a medical office by greeting patients, managing appointments, and handling administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and professional patient experience during a temporary coverage period.
Responsibilities Of The Temporary Receptionist
  • Greet patients warmly and manage front-desk operations to maintain a professional, welcoming office environment.
  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments while maintaining an efficient daily workflow.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, addressing patient inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and basic billing support.
  • Verify patient insurance benefits and assist in maintaining smooth office flow through effective multitasking and organization.
Required Experience/Skills For The Temporary Receptionist
