We are looking to add a receptionist to our growing team. If you are a customer-service oriented individual that wants to be a part of a dynamic team in the Real Estate industry, we'd love to hear from you. The daily functions of this role are vital to our organization's success.
This is an in-office position located at 7445 Pan American West Freeway NE, Ste 200, ALBUQUERQUE, NM
What You'll Do
  • Greet, interact, and assist visitors and customers
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Support the team by gathering, reviewing, and preparing documents; maintaining accounts; setting up appointments; assembling document packages
  • Receive, sort and route mail
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
What You'll Bring:
  • Passion for meeting new people and helping them get what they need
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn other technology as needed
  • Strong work ethic and meets commitments
  • Thrives in contributing to a team working together to deliver beyond customer expectations
  • Previous experience working in an office environment or dealing with the public is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Pay Range: $16.07 - $21.41 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
