A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you serve as the face of our car dealership. Using your excellent customer service skills, you greet guests as they enter the showroom and ensure they feel comfortable. When customers call for information, you answer the phone in a timely manner and direct the call to the appropriate personnel. You maintain a calm and professional demeanor when speaking to customers, even when they're upset with the service they've received.
In addition, you cross-train to help with our back desk area and are happy to take on any task that comes your way. You also issue temp tags through our online system as well as maintain deal folders and ensure they're ready for our sales team. Our front desk area is always clean and tidy under your watch. You enjoy having a job that uses your strong administrative and office skills, and you take great pride in knowing your hard work keeps our dealership running at optimal levels!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
