We are seeking a professional and compassionate front desk receptionist who shares our commitment to excellent patient care and creating a welcoming, supportive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. We would want a candidate who is a multi-tasking and customer-focused specialist desk candidate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in both front desk roles and call center duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
  • Verify insurance information and collect necessary patient documentation.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrate exception communication skills.
  • Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and staff.
  • Process payments and handle front office responsibilities efficiently.
  • Help maintain a welcoming and organized office environment.
  • Prioritize patient satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.
