100 Black Men of America Inc. is looking for a motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our organization in Atlanta, GA. General Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct visitors, members, and guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Provide administrative support to staff including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Assist with coordination of events, programs, and organizational initiatives
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
