You’re a natural at staying organized, keeping things running smoothly, and bringing good energy to the front desk—all while upholding the vibe, values, and aesthetic of our space.

Key Responsibilities:

Be the warm, welcoming presence at the front desk—greet clients, manage check-ins and check-outs, and set the tone for their visit.

Schedule, confirm, and adjust appointments with professionalism and ease.

Handle payments, apply policies (late, no-show, etc.), and keep communication clear and kind.

Maintain a clean, tidy, and on-brand front desk, retail area, and lobby space—cleanliness and presentation are everything here.
