They are currently seeking a temporary Receptionist to join them in one of theirย Dallasย offices!

Office Location:ย Lakewood or Southlake

Position details:

  • Target start date: July 27, 2026
  • Anticipated duration: 5-7 weeks
  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5pm
  • Pay rate: $17.50ย / hour

About the role:

As the Receptionist, you are the first person our customers see when they walk into one of our offices. You will oversee the management of the office to ensure everything is running smoothly and that our office standards are being maintained.ย ย 

In your role:

  • Serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests & providing front desk coverage
  • Answering phones & transferring calls
  • Assist with printer support, booking conference rooms
  • Restocking supplies & pantry

The successful candidate will have:

  • 1-2 years previous experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
  • Previous experience in real estate a plus
  • Great listening skills, connects well with others, and is empathetic of the customer's pain points
  • Be technologically savvy!
  • Experience with both Mac and Google workspaces
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail, highly organized
  • Ability to work in the office during standard operating hours
