Openwork is seeking an experienced Bilingual Temporary Receptionist for an immediate opportunity in Downtown Houston. We're looking for someone with 2+ years of receptionist or front-desk experience who is strong on the phones, highly organized, professional with visitors, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.
Accuracy is especially important in this position. Candidates must be confident answering, screening, and transferring calls to the correct departments while managing multiple front-desk responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Greet visitors and assist with check-in.
  • Answer, screen, and accurately transfer incoming calls.
  • Direct visitors and callers to the appropriate department or service.
