Due to our recent growth and acquisitions we are looking for individuals to fulfill the following position: Receptionist / Phone Operator, Planet Ford In Spring.

Position Mission Statement: Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and customer focused manner directing the customers to the proper department or individual within our dealership.

Key Accountability Areas:

    • Answer the phone in a timely manner
    • Insure customer satisfaction
    • Complete messages & deliver to employees in a timely manner
    • Light administration work as needed
