Virtual Receptionist (Home Services / Painting Clients)
Remote | Contract (1099) | Part-Time to Start | U.S.-Based ONLY
About the Role
We're hiring a Virtual Receptionist to be the friendly, organized voice behind our businesses.
In this role, you'll support the company by answering inbound calls, returning missed calls quickly, responding to new leads, and booking estimates. You'll help make sure no lead gets left behind - and that every customer feels taken care of.

What You'll Do
  • Answer inbound calls for multiple client accounts (with scripts and training provided)
  • Return missed calls within our response-time standard
  • Respond to web leads, texts, and messages
  • Qualify leads and book estimate appointments
  • Send confirmations and reminders
  • Enter clean notes in the client CRM
  • Communicate with the Ops team for overflow support
  • Flag special situations or escalations to the Team Lead / Manager

Requirements
  • High Speed Home Internet
  • A dedicated distraction-free workspace without background noise between the hours of 9 am -5 pm EST
  • A reliable, fast computer to run multiple programs at once
  • Dual monitors for multi-tasking
  • Photos of these requirements must be provided
