Location: Wood Dale, IL 60191
Duration: 06+ Weeks (Possible Extension )
Pay Rate: $20/hr - $22/hr on W2
Shift: 7:30-4:30pm (1hr lunch) | M-F
Summary:
- As a Receptionist, you will provide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and employees entering the office.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Provide administrative and operational support for a small office environment.
- Coordinate and assist with catering requests and meeting preparations.
- Sign in and manage deliveries, packages, and mail.
- Monitor and replenish pantry and office supplies as needed.
- Support the onsite team with various administrative tasks and requests.
