Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • As a receptionist you will greet and direct visitors, vendors and family members of residents.
  • You will answer telephone calls to the main telephone for the facility.
  • You will accept applications for employment from Candidates and notify the Director of Nursing or designee of the applicant’s presence.
  • You will type facility log sheets.
  • You will provide clerical support services as assigned.
