Job Description:

Position Summary
As a Client Receptionist, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors while providing administrative support to the office. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering calls, coordinating meetings and catering, managing deliveries, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a professional and organized reception environment.
Key Responsibilities

  • Greet, welcome, and assist guests, visitors, and employees entering the office.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for the office.
  • Coordinate catering requests and assist with meeting room setup and preparations.
  • Receive, sign for, and manage incoming deliveries, packages, and mail.
  • Monitor, stock, and replenish pantry and office supplies.
  • Support onsite team members with administrative requests and daily office needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Perform general administrative duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of receptionist, administrative, or office support experience.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Basic computer and office productivity skills.

Experience
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Prior receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative support experience preferred.
