Essential Duties: Check clients into the computer as they come in to the clinic and confirm if there are notes/holds for clients in computer. Direct clients to the appropriate department or area.

Receive patient payments and makes receipts for payments. Assure customer service to staff, clients and guests. Answer phones and transfer calls from the front desk area.
