Job description

The Medical Assistant / Receptionist plays a vital role in supporting clinical staff and managing front-office operations in healthcare settings. This position involves performing clinical assisting duties as well as handling patient reception and administrative tasks to ensure smooth office workflow and excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and manage appointment scheduling
  • Maintain patient records and handle insurance documentation
  • Assist healthcare providers with clinical procedures and patient preparation
