The Office Assistant / Receptionist serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors while providing administrative support that keeps the office running efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and employees while creating a professional and friendly first impression.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls.
  • Manage visitor check-in procedures and notify employees of guest arrivals.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments and communicate with delivery personnel and service vendors.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and ensure shared spaces, including conference rooms and break areas, remain organized and well-stocked.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and assist with meeting setup as needed.
  • Perform a variety of administrative duties including data entry, filing, scheduling, document preparation, and copying.
