Da/Pro Rubber, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of precision molded rubber, plastic, and TPE products for OEM companies across highly regulated industries including medical, aerospace, and defense.
A leading U.S.-based manufacturer serving OEM customers in various industries is seeking an experienced Account Executive to support and grow business in the mid-America Region.
The assigned territory includes Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Wyoming, Colorado and New Mexico. The ideal candidate will be located in Tulsa, Dallas or Kansas City.
Account Executive Overview
This role is responsible for managing and expanding existing OEM customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities. The successful candidate understands the OEM buying process, values consultative selling, and partners closely with internal technical and engineering teams to deliver effective, customer-focused solutions.
Account Executive Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Own and manage customer relationships, ensuring responsiveness and follow-through
  • Grow existing accounts while identifying new market and customer opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to deliver consultative solutions
  • Communicate market trends, customer needs, and performance metrics using KPIs
  • Ensure compliance with company pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, and ethical standards
  • Effectively coordinate internal resources to support territory goals
Account Executive Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience; strong background in sales of engineered products strongly preferred
  • At least 2 years of manufacturing sales experience
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels
  • Knowledge of industrial sales techniques and a willingness to continuously learn
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Proficiency with Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory
