Job description

The Summer Temp position is limited to a maximum of 90 days, ending no later than the beginning of the school year. Students must be 16+ with working papers.

SUMMER TEMP - ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

Job Summary:

Performs various tasks to assist with clerical support in the Account Management (Customer Service) Department.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • File documents
  • Data entry
  • Deliver files throughout facility
  • Assist with housekeeping in department
  • Performs job in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees.
  • Other duties as assigned including, but not limited to, miscellaneous errands and special projects at request of Department Manager.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
