The Summer Temp position is limited to a maximum of 90 days, ending no later than the beginning of the school year. Students must be 16+ with working papers.
SUMMER TEMP - ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Job Summary:
Performs various tasks to assist with clerical support in the Account Management (Customer Service) Department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- File documents
- Data entry
- Deliver files throughout facility
- Assist with housekeeping in department
- Performs job in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees.
- Other duties as assigned including, but not limited to, miscellaneous errands and special projects at request of Department Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
