The Job
The Account Director is responsible for overseeing the health and growth of key client relationships while ensuring high-quality work is delivered across all initiatives. They play a key role in achieving client brand objectives, supporting strategy development, and managing cross-functional teams to drive success. The Account Director brings strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills and reports to the Group Account Director or SVP of Client Services (TBD).

Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to deliver integrated solutions
Support the identification of opportunities for organic growth and prepare proposals for incremental work

Account & Project Management
Oversee the daily management and execution of client work, ensuring quality and strategic alignment

Partner with strategic leads to shape client presentations and deliverables
Work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot challenges and drive forward momentum
Contribute to annual planning and forecasting efforts for client accounts

Team Leadership & Collaboration
Supervise junior team members (e.g., Account Managers, Account Executives) and help guide their development
Provide ongoing feedback and mentorship to support team growth
Encourage a collaborative, inclusive, and productive team environment
Delegate responsibilities effectively while ensuring overall quality and accuracy

Salary Range:$2,884.61 to$3,750.00a week. A successful applicant's actual weekly or hourly rate may vary based upon, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training,licensure/certifications, and equity.
